How to Delete Your SalonDial Account

Account deletion for both Customers and Salon Partners can be performed directly inside the SalonDial Mobile Application.

Delete Directly From the App

Follow these simple steps inside your iOS or Android app

Open the SalonDial App

Launch the app on your Android or iPhone device and log in to your account.

Go to your Profile Tab

Tap on the Profile icon located at the bottom right of the navigation bar.

Select Help & Support

Scroll down and tap on Help & Support.

Tap “Delete Account”

Tap the red Delete Account button and confirm your choice. Your account and personal data will be erased immediately.

Data That Gets Deleted

  • Your personal profile name, phone number, and avatar
  • Saved salon preferences and favorite lists
  • Active push notification tokens and device sessions
  • Account login credentials
